SUNSET ROYAL

We are members and always love this resort. The beach is amazing and Raphael the beach butler is so good! The room butlers I believe are over worked and not able to do the things that they were able to do in our past visits. I felt the same way at Tres Rios this summer. I feel like they need at least one more on staff. Ivan and Uriel did the best they could do but I felt they were really stretched too thin. Also Orbe was extremely helpful getting things to our room and directing us to where we needed to go to get the things we needed. Overall our experiences always amazing at the Sunset resorts.
